TECHNICAL SERVICE FOR LIFTING, UTILITY, and SNOW & ICE EQUIPMENT AT FALCON EQUIPMENT
Our Technical Service Department offers over the phone and/or in person technical/product support for all of the equipment we sell including our lifting, utility, rail, and snow and ice lines. We can come to you, in the field, or guide you over the phone/video. Excellent service and technical support enables your equipment to be maintained and repaired quickly and correctly.

Palfinger (and all other equipment) error code diagnostics and solutions

Supports our internal parts department and supplier technical support teams in determining correct parts numbers and software versions required to replace unit components

Program OEM software and provide guidance on installation and initial set up

Equipment orientations to ensure our customers leave with the knowledge required on their new equipment
Our Technical Service Department helps assist customers reduce equipment downtime and avoid costly service repairs.
