Falcon Equipment and Palfinger team up to bring quality and safety to Western Canada

Since 1988, Falcon Equipment Ltd (Falcon) has strived to provide our customers with superior products and service. We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with our customers and supporting them through the sale and after-sale (parts and service) of their equipment.

We are excited to announce that as of December 11, 2019 we will be the exclusive dealer of Palfinger AG (Palfinger) throughout British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. It is important to us that we are constantly evaluating and reevaluating the products and services we offer to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best service and support.

We realize that this change may not be easy, but it will give us the opportunity to better serve our customers by being able to provide them with a lower total cost of ownership. We have always held ourselves to our core values; honesty, integrity, team work, confidence (with humility), and hard work, and we will continue to do so as we transition into this new chapter of Falcon’s future. Our growth strategy for Falcon is aggressive, but it’s well thought out and we are excited for what’s ahead.

While we will no longer be the official distributor for Hiab, we will continue to work with all current and future customers to ensure that their equipment is supported and serviced. Falcon has and will continue to support and service all makes and models of cranes and truck equipment.
As of December 11, 2019, Falcon will be exclusively selling and supporting the Palfinger line, the product lineup includes:
