Although the current Canadian government is continuing to let down Canada’s largest natural resource sector, we are optimistic for the future of Canadian oil and gas. Falcon stands with everyone, including all gas and pipeline workers and their families, that are suffering due to the current downturn in the market. Despite the downturn, we are continuing to invest in the region with the addition of our new shop in Edmonton and adding to our workforce.

Falcon Equipment Ltd. (Falcon) is excited to announce our newest strategic partnership with Brandell Diesel Inc. (BDI) based out of Calgary, Alberta. BDI will be an extension of Falcon offering service and parts for all equipment that we carry, including our lifting, municipal, rail and utility product lines. Mike Gallant, who has worked for Falcon Equipment in Calgary for over 10 years, will continue to cover all sales and will be based out of BDI’s facility.

The owner of Alternative Cartage Inc (ACI), Terry Overdiek, wanted the longest reach crane that Hiab had to offer to be paired with the cleanest, heavy spec pre-emissions truck on the market. For those of you in the business you can imagine this would not be an easy task, but for Falcon Equipment it was just another day at the office!
